Return & Refund Policy
1. Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The product must be in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or order number is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, such as:
Used or damaged products
Items without original packaging
Digital products (if applicable)
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Return Shipping
Customers may need to pay the return shipping cost unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
5. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product.
